Who I am

Conley Marketing Co. is the registered business name of Reece Conley (ABN 58 729 065 479), a sole trader based in Wollongong, NSW. In these terms, "I" and "me" means Reece Conley trading as Conley Marketing Co., and "you" means the person or business using this site, buying a download or working with me. Prices and payment

• All prices are in Australian dollars. I'm not registered for GST, so no GST is added.
• Prices on this site can change. The price that applies to you is the one in your proposal, or the one shown when you pay.
• Sessions and audits are paid upfront. Projects are usually 50% to start and 50% on handover. Retainers are invoiced monthly in advance.
• Invoices are sent through Stripe and are due by the date shown on the invoice.

Consulting work

• Every engagement starts with a written proposal or quote. It sets out the scope, price, timing and what I need from you. If your proposal and these terms say different things, the proposal wins.
• If the scope changes, I'll quote the change before I do the work.
• Retainers have a three-month minimum, then run month to month. Unused retainer hours roll over for one month, unless your proposal says otherwise.
• You give me the access, information and decisions the work needs. If those arrive late, the timeline moves with them.
• Software subscriptions, such as your CRM, ERP, AI tools or hosting, are in your name and billed to you by the vendor, unless your proposal says otherwise.
• Any travel costs are agreed in the quote before work starts.
• Offers with a fee credit, like the HubSpot health check, work exactly as described on that service's page.

Who owns the work

• Once you've paid in full, you own what I build specifically for you: your configurations, documents, reports and code written for your business.
• I keep ownership of the templates, methods and tools I had before the work or use with other clients. You get a licence to keep using them in your business.
• Your data stays yours. I only use it to do your work.

Confidentiality

I keep your business information confidential and only use it for your work. I don't name clients on this site or in my marketing without their permission.

Digital downloads

This covers Sorted: The Business Readiness Toolkit, Sorted: Cut to the Chase and any other paid download.

• Payments are processed by Stripe. After you pay, you're sent straight to the download page.
• You can use, print and copy the files within your own business, including sharing the templates with your staff. You can't resell them, post them publicly or pass them to another business.
• Because you get the files straight away, I don't give refunds for a change of mind. If a file won't open or is faulty, email me and I'll fix it or send it again. If I can't, I'll refund you.

Free guides, checklists and tools

The guides, checklists, calculators and toolkit content are general information. They aren't legal, financial, tax or accounting advice. Check anything important for your situation with the right adviser. Legal and regulatory content is current as at the date shown on it. Free downloads are for your own use, so please don't republish them.

Other companies' software

I work with software made by other companies, such as HubSpot, Google, Microsoft and Stripe. Their terms apply to your use of their products, and I can't control their pricing, outages or changes. Product names on this site are trademarks of their owners. Conley Marketing Co. is an independent consultancy and is not a HubSpot Solutions Partner.

Liability

• If something I supply isn't right, tell me and I'll fix it.
• As far as the law allows, my liability for a claim about my services is limited to supplying the services again or paying what it costs to have them supplied again. For downloads, it's limited to replacing the file or refunding what you paid.
• As far as the law allows, I'm not liable for indirect losses, such as lost profit or lost opportunity.
• Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or changes a consumer guarantee or other right you have under the Australian Consumer Law that can't be excluded.

Using this website

I keep the content on this site as accurate as I can, but it can change without notice. Please don't copy large parts of the site or its downloads without asking. Links to other websites are there to help you; I'm not responsible for what's on them. How I handle your personal information is set out in the privacy policy.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. If something goes wrong, email me first and we'll try to sort it out directly.

Changes to these terms

I may update these terms. The version on this page when you pay or accept a proposal is the one that applies to that purchase or engagement.
