Short version: I only collect what I need to reply to you, I don't sell it, and you can ask me to delete it any time.

What I collect
When you fill in a form on this site I collect the details you give me: usually your name, email, phone, business name and message. If you download a resource I collect your name, email and business. If you use the AI Readiness Checklist and submit it, I receive your score.
The site also records basic analytics such as pages visited, device type and the ad or campaign that brought you here. If advertising tags from Google or Microsoft are installed, they may use cookies to measure ad performance.
How I use it
- To reply to your enquiry and provide services you ask for
- To send you the resource you requested
- To understand which pages and campaigns work, so I can improve them
I don't sell or rent your information. I won't add you to a newsletter without asking.
Who handles it
Form submissions are delivered to my inbox by a third-party form service (FormSubmit). The site's fonts load from Google Fonts, which sees your IP address when a page loads. Analytics and advertising tools (such as Google Analytics, Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising) may process data on servers outside Australia. I may store enquiry details in my CRM.
Access, correction and deletion
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information I hold about you. Email [email protected] and I'll respond within 30 days.
Complaints
If you're unhappy with how I've handled your information, email me first. If we can't sort it out, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC).
