I'm Reece Conley, a marketing, CRM and AI consultant based in Wollongong. I do on-site work across Wollongong, Shellharbour, Kiama, Nowra and the Shoalhaven, and the Southern Highlands. For Sydney and anywhere further afield, I work remotely by default and come up the highway for workshops and kick-offs when it's worth it.
Most projects end up as a mix. A half day on site to understand the business, then build work done remotely, then a session back on site to hand it over and train people. You get the face time where it matters and don't pay for me to sit in traffic where it doesn't.

Questions Illawarra businesses ask
Will you come to our office?
Yes, anywhere in Wollongong, Shellharbour, Kiama, the Shoalhaven or the Southern Highlands. Discovery sessions, workshops and handovers usually work best in person. Any travel costs are agreed in the quote before we start, so nothing turns up on an invoice you didn't expect.
Do you only work with Illawarra businesses?
No. I'm based in Wollongong and the region is where I do on-site work, but plenty of the work is remote. Sydney and interstate clients work with me the same way, with on-site days booked when they're worth the trip.
Are you an agency?
No. It's me. You deal with the person doing the thinking and the building. When a project needs extra hands, such as content production, I'll tell you upfront and you'll know who's doing what.
What size businesses do you work with?
Usually businesses with somewhere between a handful and a few hundred staff, where the owner or leadership team feels the cost of messy systems every week. If you're a sole trader, a Problem-Solving Session is often all you need.
Why are your prices higher than a local freelancer?
Because you're paying for senior judgement across marketing, CRM, integration and AI, not hours of someone learning on your account. Fixed prices mean you know the cost before you commit. If the numbers don't stack up for your business, I'll say so.
